Privacy Policy

Effective September 25, 2026

TDNTV/TDN Network is a service of G & D Enterprises Inc. This policy describes information involved when you visit tdntv.net, watch the live stream, or send us a message. The site does not require an account to watch.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. We use that information to receive and respond to your inquiry and to handle related correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive information through the form.

Information generated when you visit

Like most websites, the site and its hosting or security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect pages, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse; the widget processes browser and interaction information and provides a verification token to the form.

Video, fonts, and external links

The live player is embedded from VeeStreamz. Loading or using it may send your browser's network and device information to VeeStreamz, and that service may process data under its own privacy terms. The TDNTV 2 link takes you to VeeStreamz. This site requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's font service. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' privacy practices.

How information is handled

Information from the contact form may be handled by our website host, email provider, security provider, and people responsible for responding to inquiries. Technical records may be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the site and its users. We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable obligations; actual storage periods depend on the systems used.

Your choices and requests

You can watch without submitting the contact form. Browser settings may let you restrict some third-party content, though that can affect playback, fonts, or form submission. To ask about personal information you sent us, including a request to access or delete it where applicable, use the contact form and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children and updates

The site is intended for a general audience and its contact form is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy when site practices change. The effective date above will show when this version took effect.
