TDNTV/TDN Network is a service of G & D Enterprises Inc. These Terms govern your use of tdntv.net, including its live player, program schedule, and contact form. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Watching and using the site

You may access the site and watch available programming for personal, lawful use. Broadcasts, schedules, features, and availability may change or be interrupted. The posted schedule is informational; the live stream reflects the actual broadcast.

Content and intellectual property

The site design, branding, text, and material provided by TDNTV/TDN Network are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, republish, rebroadcast, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission from the relevant rights holder. Content supplied by third parties remains subject to its own rights and terms. Nothing here grants a license to third-party programming.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity in communications, or submit malicious or abusive material through the contact form.

External services and links

The live player and TDNTV 2 link use VeeStreamz. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or operation of sites and services outside our control.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free playback. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided without warranties, and G & D Enterprises Inc. is not liable for losses arising from interruptions, inaccuracies, or use of third-party services. This section does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact
